Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviseFlow ("the Service"), operated by ReviseFlow ("we", "us", or "our") at reviseflow.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

ReviseFlow is a visual feedback platform that allows users to collect, manage, and organize design feedback on staging websites. The Service includes a JavaScript widget for capturing screenshots and feedback, a collaborative dashboard for managing feedback, and integrations with third-party project management tools.

Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; use the Service to send unsolicited communications; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or collect or harvest any information from the Service without our consent.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviseFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the Service, including screenshots, annotations, comments, and feedback. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.

Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact support for any billing inquiries.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviseFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content provided through the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReviseFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
